There are three Districts governing Rotary Clubs in Arizona.

District 5490 encompasses the western region of the state, including western Maricopa County.

District 5500 encompasses southern Arizona, including Tucson.

District 5510 encompasses the northeastern region of the state and includes the Scottsdale Papago Rotary Club.
